How do you get young people interested in a career in agriculture?
We partnered with 4-H to launch Farm铿倁encer. It鈥檚 a contest meant to inspire the next generation of farmers, helping them understand the role of innovation and technology in agriculture today.
We asked, 鈥淲hat does farming mean to you?鈥 and 鈥淒oes an industry that鈥檚 been around for 10,000 years have a future for you?鈥
Young people answered. They spoke out about sustainable farming, emerging farming technologies, and how farmers are tackling rural food insecurity.
And after 130 submissions, 112,000 page visits, and 3.5 million impressions, we found the most important thing. We found farming鈥檚 next generation.
